Rated 5 out of 5 by BF89 from Sprayer Works Like New - Lesson Learned The O Ring on the lesser of the handle/pump became deformed making the sprayer difficult to pump. The handle/piston was locking up in a hard vacuum vs allowing air dorsum into the cylinder for the down stroke. I learned that the O Ring probably deformed because I left weed killer in the tank which wouldn't accept been a problem if I had stored it with the handle/piston in the full up position. I found that if the liquid level is to a higher place the lesser of the pump cylinder, the liquid slowly leaks by the check valve and submerges/saturates the O Band on the cease of the piston/handle. Storing the sprayer with the handle in the full upwardly position moves the O Ring to the top of cylinder keeping it from being submerged. Lesson learned.

Rated 5 out of five by Handy-old-Married man from Fix your sometime Sprayer.... no need to buy new A garden sprayer will only last if you have care of it.... Clean later on every utilize is a must.... BUT.... after a couple of years even the all-time will need new O-rings and gaskets.... although you can prolong this repair by taking it apart at the end of each season..... wash out the pump cylinder and re-lub the pump with some new petroleum jelly.... only eventually they need new O-rings.....so buy the kit and fix it instead of buying a new sprayer.....

Rated 5 out of five by John from Don't throw away you hand-held tank weed sprayer! I was nigh to throw away my Round-Up make tank sprayer, and then I saw that at that place is a repair kit!!! Was able to fix my sprayer for nether $7 rather than spend $40 on a new 1 and not throw away something that was 99% still perfectly fine! The but downside is the taking autonomously of the pump to replace the internal O rings ... you demand 3 hands ... you demand an assistant to concur the pump while you lot utilise one hand to compress the tabs and the other to twist it apart. Just don't throw it away, merely gear up it ... it takes less than ten minutes to fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by UFGator from worked perfectrly Product was every bit advertised. The included parts fit and brought my pump sprayer back to a new working condition unit.. Gets up to pressure must faster at present. I took a fleck of fourth dimension to get the pump apart and cleaned up prior to installing the new parts. Too bad you can't find ane/4 inch braided hose anywhere to replace that worn part. I had to cut off the ends to remove the kinks which made the hose a chip shorter; non desirable but still functional.

Therefore, did not open up the repair kit. I am learning to not rush into tearing packages autonomously Before I read ALL the instructions. Gauge I'll just go purchase another sprayer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by John from Did the trick ! My Roundup tank sprayer is a reasonably priced home garden tool that subsequently one season needed a replacement gasket. The parts repair kit provided exactly what I needed along with several other gaskets that volition never be used. I suppose current times dictate manufacturer efficient packaging and merchandising. The whole kit certainly toll more than being able to purchase simply the single gasket I needed and the waste matter bothers me.
